11/23 Next Season

We learned today that the Foundation has found a new Executive Director and that he will be making use of our house on Himelrigh by the middle of January or so. Yes, this causes an ache in our hearts, but it's transitory. Our over-riding sentiment is a sense of satisfaction that the Foundation has been able, in the midst of a difficult situation, to relieve us financially of the burden of the home while still making a good investment for the long-term well-being of the Foundation.

What does this mean for us? It means things are less vague.

It means we'll need to find a living situation that keeps us close to where Chuck's rehab is progressing for as long as he continues to require all day care and these particular medical supports.

Ideal situation: a loaner home/apartment until summer in the Barberton/Doylestown area while I continue to care for Chuck and search out the means to our longer term stability wherever that may be.

I'm subbing tomorrow all day. Business as usual for Chuck, stretch, work-out, swim, rest, therapies.
